How do I change or cancel my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing and choose Manage plan. Upgrades apply immediately when they increase your monthly analysis volume. Downgrades, including canceling to the Free plan, take effect at the end of the current paid period.

Where to manage your plan

Open Settings → Billing and choose Manage plan.

Upgrading

Upgrades apply immediately when you move to a higher-volume plan. The higher plan increases your monthly analysis volume after the billing change is confirmed.

Downgrading

Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current paid period. Your current plan and remaining quota stay active until the downgrade takes effect.

Canceling to Free

Canceling works like a downgrade to the Free plan. Your paid plan remains active through the end of the current paid period, then the account moves to Free when the scheduled change takes effect.

Billing confirmation

Stripe shows the billing details and timing before a plan change is confirmed. 3Y shows the plan, quota, and timing, but Stripe is the source of truth for final billing amounts, taxes, credits, and payment confirmation.
