What can I do with a 3Y report?

Each report has an actions toolbar at the top right. Use it to edit the report, export it to Excel, download it as a PDF, delete it, or create and copy a share link. PDF export works one report at a time. From the Reports list, Excel export can include one or more selected reports. 3Y does not email reports or invite named collaborators directly, but you can attach the downloaded PDF to an email or email the share link. Unshare turns off the report's link for everyone who used it.

Use the report toolbar

Each report has an actions toolbar at the top right. Use it to Edit, export to Excel, download a PDF, Delete, or Share the report.

Edit reopens the report inputs so you can revise the assumptions. Submitting the revised analysis counts as another analysis because 3Y produces a new result from the updated inputs.

PDF generates a PDF for the report you currently have open. Reports are downloaded as PDFs one at a time; 3Y does not currently provide bulk PDF export.

Excel exports the open report as a spreadsheet. You can also export multiple reports together from the Reports list.

Delete permanently removes the report after confirmation.

Export multiple reports to Excel

On the Reports list, select one or more reports and choose Excel. The spreadsheet export can include all selected reports. The PDF action is available only when exactly one report is selected.

Email a report

3Y does not currently send a report by email directly. You have two practical options:

  1. Open the report, download the PDF from the toolbar, and attach that file to your email.
  2. Choose Share, copy the report link, and paste the link into your email.

A person using the active share link can view the shared report without editing your original.

Share, review, and unshare

Share creates a report-level link and copies it for you. Anyone who has the active link can view the shared report.

3Y does not currently support named collaborators, comments, collaborative editing, or per-person permissions. To let someone review a report, send them the share link. They can view the shared report, but they cannot edit your original report.

Unshare disables that report’s shared link. Everyone who previously used that link loses access; sharing is controlled for the report as a whole rather than separately for individual recipients. You can share the report again later, which creates an active link again.
